Black Onyx in a large form is considered rare, formed of fine-grained quartz. This stone has a long history related to the root chakra, offering grounding energy, dispelling negative energy and offering a release and preserverance. This stone is said to stimulate the digestive and glandular system, mitigating pain and tension. • On a metaphysical level, this stone is believed to aleviate ailments with bones and skin, birth and circulation.
